I'm forsaking the smoker this weekend and using the grill to do lamb kofta with tzatsiki and pita bread.

They turned out ok(ish), i forgot the cumin so the bite was missing. Still tasted good though and the Tzatziki hit the spot, so easy to make and goes with lamb. I'll do lamb shish next time.
