1 cup mayo
1/2 tsp black pepper
1lb of mature cheddar cheese cubed
1/2 cup of chopped onion
crisped, streaky bacon
1/4 cup of green olives
1/4 cup of picked jalapenos
Mix everything in a bowl, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with crispy bacon, olives and chilli. Bake at 160c for 1 hour.
Here's mine before the oven.
My mother-inlaw hates chilli and olives, scoffed the lot. Mind you, she didn't know she was eating them.
