Grill2go Parts in the UK

Hi

Can anyone advise where I can get an adapter hose for my Grill2go gas BBQ in the UK? I am in Northern Ireland.
I wish to remove the small propane canister and attach a hose in its place that I can then connect into the gas point located on the outside of my caravan. A lot of caravans now have an external plug-in point for gas hose attachment.
I have been able to get the fitting for the caravan side of the hose and now need the fitting for the other end of the hose to screw into the regulator control assembly.

I would welcome any ideas?
