Something Different To Cook
I have to be honest I haven't tried this, and, to be truthful I'm not even sure I would want to. I picked this thread up on the Egghead forum and I was so amazed I had to post a link to it on here.#

Beyond the obvious question of why would you want to eat this, what bone has been removed, I didn't even know there was one in there and does selling them "inverted" make them any more appetising??
In this case I'd loose this part and eat the oink instead

Can't say I'd hunt them out, but if I were to come across them, I'd give them a go.

Let's be honest if you've ever eaten a sausage from the chippy then you've probably already chowed down on pork rectum

True but when it doesn't look like a giant pig coloured polo mint it is so much easier to deal with

Which is why we stopped eating shop bought burgers and anything but top quality sausages years ago - i'd rather know what i am eating and wouldn't normally choose pig poopchutes! Lol
