I'm afraid so peeps, thought I'd introduce myself,
I'm new to the forum but not to BBQ, still learning
every day, ever more since I took the ceramic plunge,
now I cook almost everything outside, in all weather,
cooking in a thunder storm earlier this week was interesting,
I am looking forward to a great year of outside cooks and
Hopefully my first Grillstock!
