Hi guys,
I've been lurking here for a few eeks so thought it was about time I joined.
I've read some usefull stuff on here and I'm looking forward to learning a lot more in time for the summer.
I've got a normal kettle bbq, a Landmann Tennessee smoker and bought a Proq Excel 20 last week.
I started smoking with the Landmann at the end of last summer and loved it but need to get a lot more practice in.
Cheers
