Hi everyone,
Last year I went to Bodeans in Soho, I tried American BBQ.
Oh my God.....
Then after another fustratingly mouth watering evening watching 'Man v Food' I got interested in BBQ and the obvious differences between 'ours' and 'our cousins from accross the pond'.
Soooo this led me to hot smoking as a cooking process, which in turn led me to want to try this at home.
Here I am.
Ugly Drum - for sure !!!

Hi Morgs
I'm just north of Peterborough, so vaguely in your neck of the woods.
I'm cooking either on a pellet grill or a weber kettle. However, if you (or anyone else in the area) wants to meet up and chat about BBQ, give me a shout.
