looks like I am a bit late for BBQ season in the UK

Post by cutcookeat »

Hi All:

I just got to the section on smoking in my Modernist Cuisine books and decided to get a smoker and came across this site.

The forums on this site have convinced me to go the extra mile and a Weber Smokey Mountain, anyone know of a retailer near Reading where I can pick on up at end of year prices?

cheers

Looking at your web site, it's looks like you love to cook. You've come to the right place to exchange views and ideas on BBQ. Here is the cheapest WSM I could find: http://www.birstall.co.uk/products/webe ... 47cm_.html
Looking forward in reading your post.

Correction from the last post. Because of the price, the WSM's have sold out. You might have to pay a little bit more.

Due to the unique nature of the WSM it rarely goes on sale, stockists normally only hold a few and the margins are fairly tight so it makes more sense to store them over the winter and sell in the spring when sales pick up again. I got mine from David at Planet Barbecue, first rate service and you will get a good selection of extras as per the current offer on the site
