I thought it might be an idea to put up a price comparison thread for BBQ meats so that we can all see how prices change accross the country and see if we think we're getting ripped off on some items.Hers a start.

Ribs Spares ......[N.Ireland, 12 ribs/rack, 10 racks] £2.80 per kg [ very meaty, no waste]
Pork Shoulder ...[ N.Ireland, de-boned, trimmed + rolled into a roast] £2.40 per kg [ good quality, no waste]
Beef Brisket .....{N.Ireland, trimmed] £3.10 per lb [quite thin, approx 35-40mm]
His charge on the brisket was quite expensive in relation to Jokers contacts, but he does rear his own cattle and hangs all his meat. Pork isn't imported.
