Sounds like you were looking in the refrigerated section, you will find the ribs in the freezer bins , although they have a shocking selection here too, belvedere meaty at £29.99 German ribs ez202 at £23.99 or pork standard from midland bacon co at £19.99

have just picked up a case of frozen collars, perfect for pulled pork and a good prize £37.99 for a 16kg case, will cook them up tomorrow and let you know how they turn out.

You got those from Booker? If so it is a 13.6kg case
I use the Booker collars for making sausage - good value, and a reasonable amount of fat for succulence (if not, just add a bit of pork belly). Only small issue is they are all frozen in one large lump, with plastic between each bit, but still need to defrost a bit to pry them apart. Not a huge issue for me as I make it all into sausage in one go - but if you don't pry it apart, it doesn't defrost evenly - and it takes a fair bit of time to defrost! If you're going to cook them tomorrow - you need to start defrosting from now!

sorry yes the 13.6kg !! there are indiviually vac packed all very tidy, all defrosting a wee speak. unfortunately my branch doesnt seem to stock the babybacks, just put in a request for them

Guessing its a regional thing. There was only half a small freezer of frozen pork goods. And that was just the chops, tenderloins and those jam ribs.
