You got those from Booker? If so it is a 13.6kg case :-) Did you find the loin ribs too?

I use the Booker collars for making sausage - good value, and a reasonable amount of fat for succulence (if not, just add a bit of pork belly). Only small issue is they are all frozen in one large lump, with plastic between each bit, but still need to defrost a bit to pry them apart. Not a huge issue for me as I make it all into sausage in one go - but if you don't pry it apart, it doesn't defrost evenly - and it takes a fair bit of time to defrost! If you're going to cook them tomorrow - you need to start defrosting from now!

0 Results for "120874".

Guessing its a regional thing. There was only half a small freezer of frozen pork goods. And that was just the chops, tenderloins and those jam ribs.

Oh well

Pork loin rib 120874

Try searching other stores, though I would have thought they were all the same.

Edit: checked Chelmsford - you are right - not there. Maye they can order them in for you.
