just moved back from New York where do you get good baby back ribs to cook L/S THANKS ALL

Dude there are no GOOD baby backs here! especially by your standards. If you have a costco card or live near Toby Shea, that is your best bet. Most UK butchers are purveyors of meat not butchers. Find a good one and you can train em.
