Just beer can chicken for me this weekend. I'm on a diet ( ) ready for Grillstock next weekend.

Did that Wednesday night for the first time, and used the suggested rub which I must say was fantastic, will definitely be doing again.

Well my weekend plans have changed, brisket, pork & ribs for F1 with friends and then got to think of some other bits to do later in the evening for my fgamily, thinking of some kebabs & burgers or maybe some smoked duck.

Going to try my first beer can chicken and some ribs today and tomorrow the mother-in-law is coming for dinner, so because this week's pork loin was so successful, I'm smoking another for her highness.
