Top spots for a family BBQ

Post by mouli »

Hi all

I was wondering if any of you guys could help us by recommending a couple of places in the countryside north of London (surrounding area of Cambridge or Bedford) to hold our annual family BBQ.

The place we used to go to has now banned BBQs and left us looking for a new BBQ spot.

I tried googling for the best BBQ spots but to no success - any ideas anyone?

Many thanks

Have you looked on the National Trust Website to see if they have anything in those areas. Our nearest National Trust venue (Clumber Park) have just opened a BBQ and Camping location which has been heavily utilised. I believe they were looking at rolling it out.
