Hi. That looks good for a first attempt :D . Where did you get your meat from? just curious as i live in swindon too.

For a few weeks now tesco's extra (the big one) have been doing a 'half price' deal on pork shoulders, might still be but i'm not sure.

There is a thread somewhere on here that has the names of some good quality butchers in swindon :)
