after a wonderful weekend fighting temperature spikes its back to work. 8 butts and 4 briskets just gone on and guess what? Yup, the stokers are behaving impeccably. :lol:

They're not cheap Clair. I want one myself. About $400 from Rocks BBQ in the us. Scott uses an IQ pit controller, no web access but I think only $150 or something.
