This is what I use my Lakeland burger press for. I line the bottom portion with meat, and make a depression for the filling. After adding more filling, I top with more meat, and press down.

Soon after getting the Lakeland press, I removed the spring. This means that you are in control of how much force is being used. It also makes it a lot easier to take apart for cleaning.

While still a stuffed burger novice, I discovered that loading a kettle grill with burgers stuffed with garlic butter is an excellent way to start a grill fire! :lol:
