I have had my Webber Mountain Smoker for about 12 months and have had some fairly good ribs etc. But am looking to improve and hopefully this forum will help! I guess I'm looking to improve my techniques to give me greater consistency with my results and to expand my repertoire.
Cheers
Ian

Re: Hi All
Welcome Ian,
I've got a WSM too which i've found a great cooker, and i know there are alot of others on here who use them too so if you've got any questions about it just ask and we'll all chip in our thoughts for you.

Re: Hi All
Welcome on board. I too am a WSM user having recently replaced my Pro Q Excels with two shiny 18.5" ones. I'm loving the cookers, just about getting them run in now after a few butts and some short ribs.
Loads of info to be had on here and it's a friendly bunch. I look forward to seeing your posts.
