Hi everyone.
I've been after a Traeger for years and yesterday was my birthday and my wife bought me a Traeger Texas........today i did some ribs, brisket and salmon.
The ribs are awesome.........my wife is just preparing a salad (i don't make salads) and then we're going to eat!
for a first attempt i'm very happy.....things can only get better!
