Hi from Tarves (16 miles north of Aberdeen,Scotland) on a day without a cloud in the sky.I have a Cactus Jack 16" Smoker that I picked up for £25.00 ($41.00) a number of years ago

) the guy won it in a raffle, never used it ...don't think he realised the price new lucky me! Happ bbq'n everybody

Being from Scotland are you able to get good Venison cuts?

...and I can guarantee those briskets from the Aberdeen Angus cattle will come out mighty fine from a Cactus Jack. Offset smokers were made for cooking Brisket.
