Thought i'd pop a hello post in here as i've started posting elsewhere, its only polite.

I live in Glasgow and have fancied smoking for a couple of years now, ever since i started drooling over TV programmes like Man vs Food which seem to suggest there is lipsmaking BBQ available on every street corner in the US.

Last month i saw a ProQ on eBay for a reasonable price and decided to dive in, i've only cooked one thing so far, rolled Pork Loin, but i sliced it three ways to try different rubs and so far I'm loving the results.

Still completely green in terms of termperature control, how long, how much and how often, but part of the fun will be learning and hopefully i can bug the folks in here to make sure even the learning is edible.
