Just out of curiosity does anyone know what the score is with these guys.

Are they actors or genuine BBQ nuts?

I have tried some of their bits and pieces on their vids and they have worked out well.

I really like these guys.

When i first started out, they were the first people i'd seen talking about indirect cooking on a kettle, and i was always on there.

I still use some of their rub's and sauces today, and everyone still goes on about how good it is.

P.S. i love the way the guy uses the same knife in every video for everything. I'm thinking i need to get one to add to my bbq kit.

I really liked the Country Style BBQ Rub. I made a batch of their BBQ sauce too and that went down a storm.

I know what you mean about that rusty old butchers knife. They certainly stick two fingers up to the kitchen board colour coded hygiene lark too.

Hopefully the house of sausage will keep on going.

I must admit these guys are legends!

I love that machetes that he calls a knife that he uses for everything!

I remember watching some of their trimming vids way back. Very interesting stuff. Have you seen their 3 hog roast vid?
