Hi
Just saying hello, I've been lurking for a while but thought it time to join in.
I mostly cook on my old Cactus Jack offset smoker and an old firebox I rescued from the skip. I also have a Cobb if I'm feeling posh.
I work on the basis that beer and BBQ is not just for breakfast
