Good evening !
Purchased a Proq Frontier Excel today to get into some hot smoking this summer.
Previously been using a small weber kettle but never tryed indirect cooking as its a bit small so i jumped in feet first.
Just need to pick up a thermometer of some kind, some big chunks of meat and brush up on my boy scout fire building skills.

As Braai said, can't beat them really for the money.
