Hello from North London

Hi. I bought myself the Christmas present of a Big Green Egg a few weeks ago. Had always wanted to build myself an Argentine asado having traveled through South America, or a pizza oven. Or both. Never quite had the space, knowledge or time to build them myself, then I heard about the BGE, never thought I'd end up buying one in December, but was prompted to buy one when an offer in the local paper had a money off code. I'm only four cooks in and cooking most weekends, despite the cold and rain!
