hello from Boston, Lincs
Hi, just joined up. Have only really got in to barbecuing this last year. I have a weber E320 gas bbq. Did the turkey crown on my rotisserie on Christmas day.

Welcome along. You will find all the info you could ever wish for on here. I did a turkey crown on the smoker last year and it was delicious. But I now need a rotisserie in my life.

Welcome nice to see someone local joining and braving the elements as well
Have to say I bottled out on Christmas day but that might have been due to over celebrating xmas eve as the wife offered to drive !
Mind you new years eve we had 23 round so the q's were smoking well with a big pork roast and coke cola gammon so I redeemed myself a bit there
Keep coming back on the site you will definitely find plenty of useful info and someone willing to help out with any questions really is a good site for learning and sharing ideas
