up at 5 am, lit the smoker, pulled meat from the fridge. Had a beer to evaluate the situation.


Great start to a sunday

1/2 lamb in one piece marinated in yogurt and moroccan spice, 4k g pork shoulder on.

set to 225 f on oak logs and bay stems.

Timed just right to pull off at half time.

pork @190 lamb 160 and pink

resting for send half of rugby

Life is Good, bbq , beer shame we lost......
