Hi I'm Lawrence from Newtownabbey in Northern Ireland. Got my first Weber about 5 years ago, originally for sausages and burgers. In the last couple of years though I've got into Roasting, smoking a bit. Just invested in a Mastertouch, so I now have this a one touch and a smokey Joe. Looking forward to learning more :D
