Hi,
I've been into barbecuing for a few years now on my weber 57cm grill. Over the years I have got more confidence with it and now regularly hot smoke our Sunday roast and Christmas turkey. I've only very recently got into low 'n' slow cooking, but I shall definitely be doing more. I'd like to invest in a dedicated smoker soon and so any recommendations would be gratefully received.
Cheers,
Tim

Re: Hello everybody!
There are many threads on here relating to this but I can never get the search to work.
Weber smokey mountain and pro q excel or frontier are the main ones. Depends on how much you want to spend and how much you want to cook.
