Hello from south east London!

Hello! I'm new to smoking and to this forum.
I run a supper club, Fowl Mouths, from our home in south east London. Successfully smoked my first piece of brisket yesterday on my Halleck Blooma kettle bbq. Totally addicted. Pics can be found on our instagram @fowlmouthsfood (I can't help but show it off) but can already see how I can improve it.
Excited to be on this forum, looks great and if anyone has tips/recommendations on what to do for my next big smoke let me know
