Those wings look awesome - how long were they on for in total?

Thanks :D

The wings were probably on for around 35-45 minutes I didn't really time it but the kettle was running at around 350-375 so cooked quick.

We had a few people round Friday night and I had a couple of packs of wings, used the Plowboys Yardbird rub and they were well recived, a couple of people taking a photo of the jar and asking where I got it from.

Definateyl a nice tasty rub and not overpowering. I had some Franks hot sauce heated pup with some butter added for the people who liked a little heat. Had a pack left over so did some more on Sunday :D
