BBQ Chicken on the Kettle

Post by Tyrone1Wils »

Seeing as I've recently bought at 47CM Weber One Touch kettle for £35 (My first kettle) I thought I'd cook up some chicken breast that i had in the freezer.

So far since Sunday I've cooked Chicken Wings and Steak all turned out good.

Managed to capture 2 photos of the chicken, not too exciting but some tasty food. Makes a change from low and slow on my UDS.

Pictures are from my phone so excuse the quality.

Looks nice, breast can dry out sometimes on a low and slow due to the lack of fat, but you have very nicely avoided that pitfall :D
