Uploading picturs

I've been trying to add a post with a picture, I've managed to upload the picture ok but I'm unable to post it in the forum, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please .

Where are you uploading to? You need to use an off site host like Imgur and upload your photo there. Once uploaded it should give you a link to the image, so you wrap that link in
