Hi, I import South African braai wood and would like to know how I go about advertising it on this blog if possible?
Thanks

Hi Simon,

Not sure what the official line on advertising is, but I'm interested as to what woods you import, and what the characteristics of the species are for smoking.

Hi Rob, the wood that I have to offer isn't known for smoking but for cooking on. The wood is very dense and has an extremely low moisture content and only requires a few logs on to create very hot coals and no need for charcoal. Its called Kameeldoring ( Camelthorn tree) or Sekelbos (Sicklebush).
