Could anyone recommend any good BBQ books that they have used for both techniques and recipes please. The "Wicked Good Barbecue Book" seems to be popular.
I was recently given 'everyday barbecue' by myron mixon. It has some great recipes in it. It was a toss up between that and 'smokin with Myron' which I will probably get next.
