New to the forum, new to Gas BBQ's

Post by Cosd »

Hi
Just joined the forum after being recommended here. Being Greek Cypriot (from London) I'm definitely not new to BBQ'ing with charcoal but very new to the world of gas BBQ's.

I probably should have joined before choosing my BBQ, but unfortunately didn't.

Just bought myself a Napoleon LE2, cooked twice on it so far, the chicken was surprisingly good, the fish was OK, not bad but nothing special if that makes sense.

Got myself some Cherry and Hickory wood chips and a cedar plank today so looking forward to trying those.

This is what I bought, and I hope I can pick up some culinary tips from the experts here.....
