I've not tried it but using the weber ring or a cut down barrel would give you enough room for Beer Can Turkey, as featured on a Steven Raichlen show he used a large (16oz) Fosters tin and added more holes. I haven't seen thos large tins around for a while.

Re: Convert a weber one touch to a smoker
Hi
This set me thinking, all weber stuff is a million billion pounds but there does not seem to be a "stuff that works with the worlds best selling kettle bbq" Market
in an ideal world I would like a rotierrie the clip on table thing, a stacker and an extra grill but wouldn't pay weber prices.
I know skilled artisans such as the legendary Cider Pig, or UDSmeister as he may be known, would suggest building something, but I am to DIY as I am to impersonating Kylie.
Is there a gap in the marketplace?
Cheers

I suppose that could be the USP, so how do we market Tiny in hotpants.

Both Smoke EZ & Cajun Bandit do kits for exactly this, have a look at what they do and try and figure out if this is something you can copy.

This is exactly what I was thinking of, BUT, by the time I pay delivery and probably some kind of export/import charge, I might as well go and buy a premade smoker......................................Swindon_Ed wrote:Both Smoke EZ & Cajun Bandit do kits for exactly this, have a look at what they do and try and figure out if this is something you can copy.
