for me this weekend is another weekend of getting the hands dirty in the garden,

sunday i might have a few cold cans of cider and strike up the bbq and have some steak and burgers. this is obviously all weather dependant!

Not a lot for me this weekend as am going away (though I will have a Q100 to hand, so maybe a few burgers or something simple). Will do some Thai Satays tonight from Steven Raichlen recipe that I've not tried before, has evaporated milk in it which I don't think I've had since the 70s :)

Saturday Herts County Show, so undoubtedly making a pig of myself at the Hog Roast ;)
Sunday Smoke on the Canal (your local event Ben) so no idea
Monday with the weather something tasty no doubt on the bbq

oh yeah i forgot about that, im gonna be there. its only 5 mins from my house! Gonna get my scoff on again haha. at least this time i can spend longer there. hopefully the weather will hold out

im getting hungrything about this

We've got another beer festival to cater this weekend. I think Ive got Monday off so hope the weather holds.

This I believe is the original, I will smoke it with oak, using an 8lb brisket thats sitting in the freezer.
