Hi Everyone,

We're a brand new team, just finished our 1st comp at Grillstock. There's 4 of us in the team (I've attached a little team pic, so if you see us at any future comps come and say hi!). From left to right you have Jay, who's our Pitmaster, he runs everything and keeps us all in line. I'm Rachel (commonly referred to as team secretary) you'll find me keeping everything organised and making the rubs and sauces. Bragg is 2nd in Command, he holds the tongs when Jay is off chatting, and Becca helps prep and does all the extremely vital background bits!

Our next comp is Brands Hatch, so we will hopefully see some of you there!

After meeting you guys and girls over the weekend, it's great to here that you will be competing at Brands Hatch. A great team to have on board the IBQN comps.

Hi Guys! It's Jay here, I been bitten by the competition bug so bad I been having meat dreams for the past 3 nights.

I honestly had the best weekend at Grillstock in a long time, maybe it was the shot of Jack Daniels at 9:30am or the smoke inhalation.

I also purchased a BBQGuru DigiQ DX2 at Grillstock, no clue how to use it.... Ramp? last time I was on a ramp i fell off the skateboard. Can someone point me to the right thread?

Thanks to everyone for making our first ever competition so enjoyable and we even managed overall 18th out of 24 teams. Even Dr BBQ called out our team name on stage (due to a technical glitch).
