Smoked Bacon
Hi my name John,
I started smoking bacon 2 years ago, when buying bacon from the supermarkets all you got was water when you cook it, isn't smoked at all in fact, it contains smoke aroma, chemical mixures which are injected into the meat with needles along with salwater to make the weight up. So i started curing smoking my own i thing i got there,

Hi John
Welcome to the forum and a mine of information about BBQ. There is nothing better than good bacon well apart from good BBQ. I hope that you find this site as much use as I do and there is no end of people willing to lend a hand with anything BBQ related.
