Waitrose have been selling Jalapenos, so got a couple of packets and followed Steves recipe.

WOW they were hot, will have to make more next time, they went in seconds..

It's not surprising they look really nice and tasty, plus it's obvious a fair amount of care went into their creation. Sadly from previous experience I know that not everything tastes as mellow as they look, and let's face it they start of as Jalapenos and that's way past my limit.
