Hi folks

Post by Baggie1970 »

Hi all,

My name is Mark, i'm pretty new to smoking/BBQing but have just invested in a ProQ Frontier, cant wait to get going once it arrives. The most i've ever done before is a few burgers and sausage on those little throw away BBQ trays that you buy from the supermarket, so i'm sure i'll find this a big step up.

I've been browsing this forum a while before signing up and i must say it has a wealth of information for noobs like myself. I'm sure i'll have loads of questions myself once my ProQ arrives and i get started.

Anyway, thats it for the intro. :)
Bye for now,

Mark.

Welcome Mark, as you are no doubt aware the Fromtier can be used as a baby bbq as well as a smoker so no need to fork out for those foil things again. (so saying I've always got one in the shed as one year my daughter brought home a vegetarian friend and being able to cook for her on a seperate grill scored brownie points).
Enjoy the forum and ask anything you like.

From one Frontier owner to another, welcome Mark! They're awesome and a perfect introduction to smoking and "proper" BBQs!
