Just realized I've not seen mention of the Virtual Weber Bullet site on this forum. Just an oversight on my part, I'm sure.
While focused on the Weber Smokey Mountain the site has much info of general interest. Most important, imo, is the "cooking topics" section that holds the recipes. Each is a great read, with photos, recipes, cooking logs, and notes from the original poster.

Chris does do some great links, I especially like the review he did about soaking wood chunks.
