Good Morning All,
I would like to to say a big thank you to Toby for helping me with choice of smoker. Having taken up most his day on Wednesday discussion what my options were and how to make best use of a smoker I finally succumbed to my instincts and purchased one from him.
It arrived yesterday and I promptly assembled it, I will be attempting to BBQ on it today, my wife informs me Hallowean is a good excuse in England to BBQ.
I was very impressed with Toby's knowledge, relaxed approach to BBQ and importantly the price.
Thanks also to the forum members for helping me choose which to go for.
If you have any suggestions for Hallowean I would be grateful.

Hi Alf, I've just come across your posts. How goes it with the smoker, Are you thinking of competing this year? If so you'll have to search us out, always nice to meet and greet new Qers.
