Arrived today and I've been browsing it tonight - very impressed. Think I'll have to try the pigs ear terrine at somepoint! My son is already badgering me for popcorn icecream.

I think it's great. The competition section is the best I've ever seen in a book and the recipes for home include some stunners.

I don't normally go for sweet recipes but the pie in a cheesecake one looks phenomenal

They do it in Sainsbury. There was a SYD recipe I wanted to try which called for Agave nectar so it was in the back of my mind and then I spotted it in Sainsbury.

Pretty much all of the supermarkets do light (amber) agave nectar now. It's in the sugar aisles. I've bought it from Asda, Tesco and Waitrose.

www.cotsherb.co.uk do dehydrated tomato flakes which will turn into powder given five minutes with a pestle and mortar or 30 seconds in a coffee grinder
