Hi Everyone

I'm Jackie ... aka MadCow ... and I have the honour of being the Head Judge for the BBBQS.

I formed Mad Cows' BBQ Team back in 2003 and had much pleasure competing in BBQ Competitions around America for a few years ... didn't do too badly either ... lol ... I have now retired from competition cooking (ok ... semi-retired)!!!

I'm based in Kent, which for those of you who don't know England is in the bottom right hand corner ... and I run a bbq equipment business, selling pellet bbq/smokers for both commercial and home use.

If anyone is interested in becoming a judge, then please let me know and we can get you onto the judging section of the forum.
