I've been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in S.A. and it's out there that I really got into cooking with wood (I used to be a 'gas-man'). I'll post a pic of my first ever Father's Day pressie from my 5 month old son- a collection of flavoured salts, spices and rubs from S.A. Either my son is very advanced for his age or I have an extremely thoughtful fiancee...
