Just done my first beer can chicken

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Ta Keith,

I've been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in S.A. and it's out there that I really got into cooking with wood (I used to be a 'gas-man'). I'll post a pic of my first ever Father's Day pressie from my 5 month old son- a collection of flavoured salts, spices and rubs from S.A. Either my son is very advanced for his age or I have an extremely thoughtful fiancee...
 ;)
