I have been a having a night mare finding some insulated food gloves in the UK. Anyway, I was successful tonight.

Great link, but you do know if you just keep at it without the insulated gloves eventually it stops hurting

The only problem with the insulated food gloves is that you cannot be very accurate when pulling pork ... I find that 3 pairs of latex gloves gives just about enough protection not to burn but lets you pull your pork more neatly ... (

I Was about to place an order for these gloves but based on the above comment might try the triple method first.
