Is there a problem or am I just too fussy?

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Is there a problem or am I just too fussy?

Post by Curlie028 »

Broke out the new 57cm One Touch Premium yesterday and may have noticed a problem.
Right at the bottom of the rim of the lid, a short strip measuring about half a centimetre high and 5 or 6 centimetres long hasn't been covered in the black outer coat.
Is this a problem or am I just being too fussy, as it is simply a cosmetic coat? :?

Nope that's wrong. If its brand new the retailer should sort it for you, or you can contact Weber.

10 out of 10 to Weber.
Made the call and they asked me to send them a photo.
Within 10 minutes of making the call Weber confirmed a new lid would be with me by Wednesday.
Stellar customer service.

You certainly can't fault their service, did the same for me.
