There is a lot of debate on Steven Raichlen's techniques and programs. I enjoy them and pick up some ideas, as a brand new entrant to proper bbq I found they gave me the advice I needed to get started, although some of his stuff can be a little bit Janet & John, ( akin to a motoring program reminding you not to drink battery acid if you are thirsty  ) then I guess that stops people suing him ;) It's on my planner with a series link, after all it can't be any worse than the food channels "BBQ Sunday"

Also have it on series link. Thought BBQ Sunday was very poor. The BBQ was somewhat incidental.
