BBQ University is one tonight from 6pm, might be worth a watch.

There is a lot of debate on Steven Raichlen's techniques and programs. I enjoy them and pick up some ideas, as a brand new entrant to proper bbq I found they gave me the advice I needed to get started, although some of his stuff can be a little bit Janet & John, ( akin to a motoring program reminding you not to drink battery acid if you are thirsty

Also have it on series link. Thought BBQ Sunday was very poor. The BBQ was somewhat incidental.
